By accessing and using the OurShop website (the "Site") and our products, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

• Use of Site: You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
• Product Use: Our products are provided "as is" without any guarantees. While we ensure high quality, how you use them is at your discretion.
• Intellectual Property: All content on the Site (images, text, designs) is owned by OurShop or used with permission. You may not reuse this content without authorization.
• Changes: We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of the new terms.

3. Shipping Policy

• US-Only Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We cannot fulfill orders to international addresses. (We plan to expand in the future, but for now no international shipping is available.)
• Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the US. Orders below that amount will have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
• Handling Time: We typically produce and ship your items within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is shipped.
• Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors, but we will help you resolve issues with lost or delayed packages to the best of our ability.

4. Return & Refund Policy

• Custom Products: Many of our items are made-to-order. If there is a defect or quality issue with your product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Photos of the issue may be required.
• Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind on a non-custom item, you may return it unused within 30 days for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return Process: Contact us at hello@ourshop.com to initiate a return. We will provide instructions. Refunds (or replacements) are processed after we receive the returned item in original condition.

5. Liability

OurShop is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our maximum liability is the amount paid by you for the product in question.
